NinjaOne Introduces Free Warranty Tracking for Customers

NinjaOne, a leading IT platform for endpoint management, security, and visibility, has announced the launch of free Warranty Tracking for all its MSP customers. In addition, NinjaOne is offering its Documentation tool free of charge for MSP customers with up to three users. The company also introduced white-glove Professional Services to streamline the onboarding process for new customers, enabling larger MSPs to transition their technology stacks seamlessly without disrupting their operations.NinjaOne has introduced its Warranty Tracking (beta), an automated tool designed to simplify the management and tracking of device warranties. This feature helps businesses prevent disruptions by ensuring replacements are ready or new warranties are secured before current ones expire. Early access customers have praised the tool for its ability to consolidate different platforms and reduce costs (31%), enhance device lifecycle management (17%), and create new revenue streams through warranty tracking (10%).

In addition to Warranty Tracking, NinjaOne offers a Documentation platform that centralizes IT knowledge related to processes, devices, users, and security, making critical information easily accessible. This helps MSPs onboard new technicians more efficiently, save time typically spent searching for data, and improve knowledge sharing across teams.

These tools are part of the NinjaOne Automated Endpoint Management Platform®, which helps MSPs build cost-effective technology stacks. Research from Omdia shows that 71% of customers using NinjaOne replaced more than four tools, while 91% replaced at least two. Similarly, a study by Enterprise Strategy Group found that NinjaOne reduced tool usage by four or more in most environments and lowered full-time employee (FTE) costs by 41%.

“MSPs are early adopters focused on building scalable, competitive, and profitable businesses. Technology vendors should support—not hinder—profitability, which is why we are offering Warranty Tracking for free,” said Sal Sferlazza, CEO and co-founder of NinjaOne. “NinjaOne’s mission is to help our customers thrive by providing scalable, easy-to-use products and exceptional customer support.”

NinjaOne continues to lead the market by being the first RMM provider to offer multi-tenant Mobile Device Management (MDM) for iOS and Android. The company also provides free and unlimited onboarding, training, and support through its NinjaOne Academy, where over 500 technicians have been certified in less than three months.

The company offers flexible, month-to-month subscription plans to protect MSP customer relationships.

As a founder-led and managed company, NinjaOne is supported by investors like ICONIQ Growth and Summit Partners, with leadership remaining firmly in the hands of co-founders Sal Sferlazza and Chris Matarese, President and CFO.
