Charter Communications, Inc. and The Walt Disney Company have jointly declared that ESPN+ is now included in the Spectrum TV Select Plus package without any extra charges. This extension of their distribution agreement, established in 2023, emphasizes the ongoing commitment to enhancing consumer benefits by seamlessly integrating streaming apps into the linear Spectrum TV bundle packages.
Charter’s implementation of the ESPN+ direct-to-consumer inclusion offer allows eligible Spectrum video customers to instantly access a vast array of live sports and original programming. This can be done through devices such as the Xumo Stream Box or any other supported ESPN+ device. ESPN+, originally priced at $10.99 per month, is now accessible to Spectrum TV Select Plus customers, following the earlier inclusion of the Disney+ Basic streaming app at no additional cost to all Spectrum TV Select customers nationwide in January, as part of the collaboration between Charter and The Walt Disney Company.

Making ESPN+ available to our TV Select Plus customers allows us to cater to sports fans’ evolving viewing habits with one high-value video package that includes the best of linear and direct-to-consumer sports content.”
ESPN+ on Spectrum offers subscribers an extensive range of exclusive live sports content, with over 30,000 live events annually, covering UFC, NHL, college sports from over 20 conferences, international soccer, PGA TOUR LIVE coverage, Grand Slam tennis, international cricket, and more. Additionally, ESPN+ provides fans with exclusive access to on-demand original content, including popular series like Peyton’s Places and the Places Universe shows, Man in the Arena, The Captain, Why Not Us, and the entire library of ESPN’s award-winning 30 for 30 films.

New and existing Spectrum TV Select Plus customers can find details on activating their ESPN+ subscription at no extra cost on spectrum.com/espn+. TV Select Plus provides all the programming available through TV Select Signature, along with additional sports channels, including Regional Sports Networks and national networks such as MLB Network, NBA TV, and NFL Network, for an additional $10 per month. Customers with Disney+ as part of their Spectrum service can conveniently manage both subscriptions under one account by using their Disney+ account credentials. Eligible customers with an existing ESPN+ subscription can manage their subscriptions on the ESPN+ website after signing up for their Spectrum-provided service.
