DLG, a key promoter of scientific advancement in agriculture and the food industry, organizes international trade fairs and conferences on agricultural technology, crop production, livestock farming, forestry, renewable energies, and food production. To broaden its global reach, DLG sought a solution to simultaneously transcribe and translate presentations, optimizing text output for large monitors to be barrier-free and multilingual. TranscribbyAI is user-friendly; organizers only need a computer to receive the audio stream and open the application in a browser. By connecting a microphone via a standard audio cable or playing a recorded audio file, the tool automatically detects the source language and translates it into more than 100 languages, customizable for each user. The transcription occurs in real-time, with the tool correcting punctuation and capitalization during speech pauses and filtering out inappropriate expressions. It also differentiates between speakers based on voice tone and allows flexible adjustments for the number of listeners. The text can be displayed on screens, accessed via QR codes on mobile devices, and exported for further processing. The tool is adaptable to external systems and can be customized to meet specific customer needs, including brand design adjustments.
