Lenovo Unveils Lenovo 360 Partner Journeys to Address Channel’s Evolving Needs

Lenovo has introduced five tailored journeys within its Lenovo 360 Global Partner Framework, designed to provide customized pathways for partners in key industry segments, technology solutions, and routes to market. The new journeys—Lenovo 360 for Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), AI, Data Management, and Education—help partners streamline access to Lenovo’s portfolio of devices, infrastructure, services, and solutions.

Lenovo 360 equips partners with the tools and training necessary to meet customer demand in AI, data management, and cloud services, helping them stay ahead in dynamic industries said Pascal Bourguet, Lenovo’s Global Channel Chief.

Each journey within Lenovo 360 incorporates five key offerings:

  • Digital Platforms: Sales enablement, marketing, and communication resources on Lenovo Partner Hub.
  • Training: Certifications and learning paths to grow expertise.
  • Incentives: Reward programs that increase benefits as partners progress.
  • Communities: Forums and events fostering collaboration between partners and Lenovo experts.
  • Marketing: Ready-to-use assets for promoting products and services.

These journeys, available globally by April 2025, are designed to meet the evolving needs of high-growth sectors like AI and education, while MSPs can access their journey now in select regions.

In the coming months, Lenovo will enhance the Lenovo 360 experience with new tools, including personalized newsletter preferences, a content creation platform, and expanded solutions across additional markets.

Since its launch in 2022, Lenovo 360 has simplified partner incentive programs, issued over 39,500 individual certifications, and driven significant channel growth.
