SiriusXM has unveiled comprehensive audio coverage for the 66th running of the DAYTONA 500 on February 18, along with extensive coverage of NASCAR’s annual Speedweeks events and racing news. Subscribers nationwide can enjoy live race broadcasts, in-car audio from top drivers, and daily coverage from Daytona International Speedway.
Starting at 7:00 am ET on DAYTONA 500 race day, SiriusXM will broadcast live from the track. Listeners can catch every lap of the race live, beginning with the green flag drop at approximately 2:30 pm ET. Post-race coverage will follow, featuring interviews with the 2024 Daytona 500 Champion and other drivers. This exclusive programming will be available on the 24/7 SiriusXM NASCAR Radio channel, accessible to subscribers in their cars (channel 90) and on the new SiriusXM app.
In addition to the live race coverage, SiriusXM will provide 10 live Driver2Crew ChatterTM radio feeds on separate channels throughout the DAYTONA 500. Leading up to the race day, on Feb. 14, SiriusXM NASCAR Radio will broadcast live from DAYTONA 500 Media Day, featuring interviews with each attending driver. Later in the evening, listeners can tune in for live coverage of DAYTONA 500 Qualifying at 8:00 pm ET.
On Feb. 15, before the Bluegreen Vacations Duel at DAYTONA, Dave Moody will host a special broadcast open to the public from the Daytona Fanzone at 3:00 pm ET. Moody will interview active and former drivers, providing insights and previewing the evening’s twin races.
On Feb. 19, The Morning Drive hosts Mike Bagley and Pete Pistone will conduct a live interview with the 2024 DAYTONA 500 champion driver, crew chief, and owner.
