Nearly 45,000 Free WiFi Access Points Available
Spectrum had previously opened nearly 45,000 out-of-home WiFi access points across Florida to assist during Hurricane Helene. These access points will remain open, providing free connectivity to all users during the Hurricane Milton recovery process. Located in public areas such as parks and marinas, these access points are critical for keeping people connected as restoration efforts continue. Additionally, Spectrum Mobile and Internet customers can access unlimited Spectrum Out-of-Home WiFi nationwide. Spectrum is also working with state and local agencies to provide temporary connectivity at relief and shelter locations.
