What makes the TowerStar Awards particularly special is their inclusivity; every member of the American Tower community can nominate their peers. In 2024, the enthusiasm for recognizing excellence was evident, with over 2,300 nominations submitted by team members. Each year, our TowerStar winners are invited to our headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts, to celebrate their achievements, connect with leaders, and enjoy a special dinner with our Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team.
