In 2023, PLDT Home accounted for over half of the industry’s fiber-only revenues, totaling ₱53.0 billion, marking a remarkable 9 percent year-on-year revenue growth. The company plans to expand its fiber network this year, extending coverage to more households and communities nationwide, particularly in greenfield areas.
With 3.2 million fiber customers as of end-2023, PLDT Home maintains its dominance in the market, capturing 50 percent of the total fiber-to-the-home industry customers. Since 2021, the company has steadily increased its share of industry revenues, reaching 50.6% by the end of 2023. Notably, in 2023, PLDT Home drove 68% of the industry’s revenue growth, positioning itself as a key driver of progress in the Philippine telco sector.
PLDT Home boasts an industry-leading average revenue per user (ARPU) of P1,493, representing an 11% increase compared to the previous year. Additionally, the company achieves superior churn rates at 1.8%, outperforming the industry average of 2%. With 59 percent of its ports utilized, PLDT Home continues to expand its network while optimizing resources to deliver exceptional customer service.
In a bid to enhance customer care, PLDT Home adopts a proactive approach to address complaints, reducing repair and follow-up calls and ensuring a seamless experience for subscribers.

Following the successful introduction of Gigabit Fiber plans, offering ultra-fast speeds of up to 10Gbps, the company unveils its groundbreaking Always On service.
