Bharti Airtel, in collaboration with Google Cloud, has embarked on a long-term partnership to provide advanced cloud solutions to businesses across India. This strategic alliance aims to expedite cloud adoption and modernization for Airtel’s extensive customer base, comprising over 2,000 large enterprises and a million emerging businesses. By leveraging Google Cloud’s cutting-edge offerings, Airtel intends to cater to the burgeoning Indian public cloud services market, projected to reach $17.8 billion by 2027, according to IDC.

The collaboration capitalizes on the respective strengths of both companies, combining Airtel’s robust connectivity infrastructure with Google Cloud’s AI technology. This synergy will pave the way for the development of industry-leading AI/ML solutions tailored to Airtel’s vast data reservoir. These innovative solutions encompass geospatial analytics, empowering businesses with advanced location intelligence for trend analysis, predictive modeling, market evaluation, risk mitigation, and asset monitoring. Additionally, voice analytics solutions will enhance conversational applications across various languages, while marketing technology solutions promise to optimize consumer insights, audience segmentation, and content creation, thereby reducing costs.

Airtel has further fortified its portfolio with an end-to-end IoT solution designed specifically for the utility sector. To bolster its cloud solutions business, Airtel has established a state-of-the-art managed services center in Pune, housing over 300 experts trained to champion Google Cloud services and develop innovative tech solutions.
