Frontier Technology Inc. (FTI), a prominent provider of specialized services and solutions in deep data expertise for the United States Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community, has announced the addition of seven new executives to its team. The new leaders, namely Lincoln Hudson, Jennifer Nix, Dr. Jonathan “Jody” Avooske, Rudy Fernandez, Ronald C. Merritt, Pamela Way, and Jason Wentz, will contribute to reinforcing FTI’s established technology and service offerings across its Space, Navy, and Cyber Security Operating Groups.

Hidalgo expressed confidence that the diverse skill sets and extensive experience of the new executives would empower FTI to provide greater information advantages to its customers.
The seven new hires bring a wealth of experience and expertise to FTI:
- Lincoln Hudson, appointed as Chief Operations Officer in 2023, brings over 25 years of experience supporting the DoD. Hudson’s background includes senior roles at Booz Allen Hamilton and Northrop Grumman.
- Jennifer Nix, joining in 2023 as Vice President of Air and Space Operations, contributes over 25 years of experience in the defense and space industries, with previous positions at L3Harris and DigitalGlobe.
- Dr. Jonathan “Jody” Avooske, appointed as Vice President of Information Advantage in 2023, combines 20 years of active duty in the U.S. Navy Submarine Force with 20 years of civilian experience in cyber, advanced analytics, intelligence, and electronic warfare.
- Rudy Fernandez, the new Vice President of Navy Operations, brings more than 35 years of experience with the U.S. Department of Defense and U.S. Navy, including senior roles at Northrop Grumman and Advanced Acoustic Concepts.
- Pamela Way, who joined FTI in 2023 as Director of Business Development, focuses on tech-enabled solutions for the Navy and USMC. Way’s 32-year career spans leadership roles at Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, and Lone Star Analysis.
- Ronald C. Merritt, the Director of Naval Operations, previously served as Director of Information Operations for KBR and has a 21-year career in the U.S. Navy.
- Jason Wentz, appointed as Strategic Account Executive, previously held a vice president position with Scientific Research Corporation, managing contracts with the U.S. Space Force, Navy, and Marines.
