Maxis’ Hotlink mobile application has recently achieved a remarkable milestone by winning the esteemed iF Design Award 2024 for User Experience (UX), often regarded as the ‘Oscars of design’. This accolade marks Maxis as the pioneer and exclusive winner from Malaysia and Southeast Asia in the mobile application UX category.
Annually, the iF International Forum Design GmbH, the world’s oldest independent design organization based in Hannover, orchestrates the iF Design Award. Among 11,000 entries from over 72 countries worldwide, the Hotlink mobile app was handpicked as a recipient in the UX category by a distinguished panel of 132 global design luminaries. Renowned for its user-friendly interface, the Hotlink app revolutionizes the telco experience, providing users with clarity amid a plethora of options and tasks, such as intuitively organized plan changes. Moreover, the app incorporates value-added features like personalized daily offers and easily accessible merchant rewards, simplifying credit management, mobile internet usage, bill payments, and participation in rewards programs for customers.
With a user base of 7 million, the majority of Maxis’ Hotlink customers rely on the app to efficiently manage their prepaid and postpaid mobile accounts, while also enjoying exclusive deals from over 100 partners across Malaysia.
