Orange partners with BNP Paribas Personal Finance France for mobile handset financing

BNP Paribas Personal Finance, operating under its brand Cetelem, is set to introduce a straightforward and efficient credit solution aimed at Orange’s extensive customer base of 21.8 million in France. This partnership aims to enhance accessibility to mobile handsets through both online platforms and over 500 Orange stores.

Dubbed “Tailored Financing” (“Financement sur Mesure”), the offer will be prominently featured across Orange’s retail network, including its orange.fr and sosh.fr websites, encompassing both brand identities.

Customers will have the flexibility to personalize their mobile handset financing with:

  • Loan amounts ranging from €200 to €3,000,
  • Repayment periods spanning 4 to 48 months,
  • Options for upfront customer contributions or none at all.

The offer extends to all current and prospective Orange customers, irrespective of their existing subscription status.

François-Xavier Coyras, Marketing Director of BNP Paribas Personal Finance France, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration, emphasizing BNP Paribas’ capability to leverage its diverse expertise within an integrated group structure to deliver optimal solutions. “We share Orange’s commitment to excellence and service quality, and our teams are dedicated to tailoring financing solutions that meet the varied needs of Orange’s customer base in France,” he stated.
