The InnoSwitch5-Pro Series introduces a game-changing technology, featuring 750 V or 900 V PowiGaN™ primary-side switches, primary-side controllers, FluxLink™ isolated feedback and secondary-side controllers. The InnoSwitch5-Pro flyback switch IC introduces lossless input line voltage sensing on the secondary side, enabling adaptive DCM/CCM and ZVS control for maximum efficiency and simplified line voltage and load design. The IC also features post-production tolerance offset, ensuring better than 2% accurate output constant current (CC) control to support the UFCS protocol. With efficiency exceeding 95%, designers can eliminate the need for heat sinks, diffusers, and epoxy potting materials, reducing size, weight, component costs, and manufacturing complexity.
