ZTE Corporation, a leading global provider of information and communication technology solutions, proudly announces the remarkable achievements of its intelligent router products in the recent multi-vendor interoperability test conducted by the European Advanced Networking Test Center (EANTC). The test results, detailed in an official white paper by EANTC, were showcased through live demonstrations at the 25th MPLS SD & AI Net World Congress held in Paris, France.
The comprehensive test evaluated the capabilities of various vendors’ equipment in supporting cutting-edge technologies such as EVPN, SR-MPLS, SRv6, SDN, and Time Synchronization. ZTE actively participated in the interoperability assessment, focusing on SR-MPLS, SRv6, and Time Synchronization with its intelligent router, the ZXR10 M6000-SE. Notably, this marked the first instance where EANTC exclusively examined the new requirement of uSID (SRv6 micro-segment) in the SRv6 interoperability test.
During the evaluation, ZTE’s devices exhibited exceptional interoperability with equipment from other vendors across various scenarios including L3VPN over SRv6, EVPN Services over SRv6, SRv6 Flexible Algorithm, SRv6 TE SR Policies with Explicit Path, and BGP IPv4/IPv6 Global Routing Table over SRv6. These results underscore the efficacy of ZTE’s products in incorporating new uSID-based SRv6 functionalities, enhancing SRv6 Segment efficiency, and establishing a robust technical framework for large-scale commercial deployment and end-to-end service transport of SRv6.
